It better snow or bring back summer

Why am I so darned cold? I just spent 6 years in -45 temps and now 7* is cold?! I'll never make it. I am trying to assist my body in preparation for coming winter activities because I have the feeling it's going to be eventful.
One small warning though: Junior on the mountain. I forgot about it but I'm looking forward to it if there's a reunion, and let it be a warning to all of you (ladies?) out there.
